Jane Frost Golf School

2017 PGA Cape Cod Chapter Teacher of the Year

Bob Quirk, a highly respected Class A PGA professional, is now a distinguished member of The Jane Frost Golf Performance Center.

A native Cape Codder, Bob's career in golf has spanned a number of Head Professional positions including Dunfey's Hyannis Resort and the Duxbury Yacht Club.

Following a tour of duty in Vietnam where he led soldiers as a Platoon Sergeant, Bob came home and chose a more peaceful occupation - He committed himself to becoming a top golf professional and master club fitter.

Having been through the rigors of war, Bob has a genuine appreciation for life and for the joy that working in the golf industry affords. The classic bumper sticker message about there being no such thing as a bad day on the golf course must have been written with Bob in mind. His positive outlook transfers onto even the most frustrated of golf lesson students. Bob believes that the secret to golf improvement is not just about technique and performance…it is in maximizing enjoyment of playing the game.

In addition to golf instruction, Bob has outstanding credentials in the area of custom club fitting, being recognized by Golf Digest as a Top 100 Club Fitter.

Initially working on sales and product development, Bob went on to become a TOUR fitter for Founder's Club where he was responsible for determining proper club specs for PGA, LPGA and Senior PGA TOUR players. He went on to become Co-Owner/Partner of Founders Club.

Along with being available for golf lessons, Bob will be specializing in Club Fitting at The Jane Frost Golf Performance Center utilizing his years of experience and the technology of Flight Scope to be sure you are swinging the clubs that will optimize your performance.
